These General Conditions are intended, with the order form, and the other elements referred to therein to regulate the terms and conditions governing the provision of the Lurdes Sampaio online store service by Lurdes Sampaio, SA, with address at Rua do Comércio, 351 | Lote 6, 4760-739, Vilarinho das Cambas, V. N. Famalicão, Portugal, under the unique registration and identification number of the legal person number 502422149, here in after referred to as “Lurdes Sampaio”.
When accessing or using the Lurdes Sampaio online store, you are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use described on this page. Lurdes Sampaio reserves the right to update them. Any changes made will be reported on this page.
REGISTRATION / AUTHENTICATION
To process your order, you must register and login as a user.
Enter the necessary data to place the order (billing information, shipping address and payment) and validate it. In the meantime, you will receive an email confirming your order.
During the process, you will receive an email with the information needed to track your order.
PAYMENT METHODS
All prices in our online store include VAT at the legal rate in force. If it is a company, the user will have to send an email to store@lsmalhas.com with proof of the VIES number.
We use 100% secure payment methods to protect your privacy. All orders placed through our website can be paid through Paypal.

Lurdes Sampaio reserves the right to refuse an order whose transaction is considered illegal. Any and all activities considered to be illegal in nature will be immediately reported to the competent authorities.

COLOR OF FABRICS
We take great care in the description of the products and in the quality of the photographs presented to guarantee the greatest satisfaction of our customers. However, the color shown may differ from that displayed on your monitor / screen, so we present the pantone code that is closest to reality. In this sense, we do not accept returns.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
The order can only be canceled until payment is made, since it will only be done after payment that the mesh will be cut according to the measures requested by the user.
After payment, the customer will not be entitled to cancel the order and to terminate the supply contract, under the terms of paragraph c) and d) of article 17 of Dec. Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February, to know:
“C) Supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly customized;
d) Supply of goods that, by their nature, cannot be resent or are liable to deteriorate or become quickly out of date. ”

For the purpose of cancellation, the User must provide the following data to Lurdes Sampaio:
- Order number
- VAT with which you placed the order and delivery address.

MINIMUM AMOUNT PER ORDER
The unit of measurement used in each product is the meter, with the minimum quantity per product being 1 meter. The maximum quantity is described on the page of each product.
Note: Products are always shipped properly folded.
